SUCCESS STORY
Meet Nik
Coolstore Operations Manager
Nik joined Mpac as a casual employee, stacking during mainpack. After stacking for two seasons and proving his work ethic he was moved into our Yard and put through a forklift driving course. Nik was then promoted to Yard/CA Manager in 2017 and went on to become our Coolstore Operations Manager. Nik now oversees the operation of our coolstores and has numerous staff reporting to him.
Nik says “The continued growth at Mpac offers our employees great opportunities, and I encourage anyone looking for a challenge to join us for a mainpack season”
